Refund & Exchange Policy
Here at thatsmystop.com, we want you to be so happy with your order that you tell your friends about us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item(s) may be returned in original, unwashed condition for exchange,
refund, or credit. If a washed item is attempted to be returned, it will be refused and ask the sender to pay to have it shipped back.
If you would like to return an item for any reason, please fill out the return form and let us know why you are dissatisfied
and if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or site credit.
In the event that you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item
back to us. Return the item via regular mail and include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for express shipping,
nor are we able to refund the original shipping cost.
All returns MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
